Smart Dia II Method (Applicable Range 150mm)

Supports a maximum aperture of 150mm! Introducing the diaphragm method we use.

The "Smart Dia II Method" is a through diaphragm method that allows for the reduction of the size of upper floor columns compared to lower floor columns without using tapered columns in the panel zone. The application range has been expanded, supporting a maximum reduction of 150mm. There are no changes in shape or dimensions due to modifications in the model type. As current model stock runs out, we will gradually transition to the new model type. There may be instances where the current and new model types coexist. [Features] ■ Steel plate type Smart Dia ■ Supports a maximum reduction of 150mm *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Smart Dia II Method

Reduction of steel frame manufacturing labor and shortening of construction period achieved! Replacement from conventional methods is possible.

The construction method allows for the reduction of the size of upper floor columns compared to lower floor columns without using tapered columns in the panel zone, utilizing a through diaphragm method. Since general straight steel pipes can be used for the panel section, a simple design is possible. Additionally, it enables a reduction in construction time due to decreased processing man-hours. 【Features】 ■ Labor-saving in the production of panel zones ■ Reduction of steel fabrication man-hours and shortening of construction periods ■ Compatible with middle columns, side columns, and corner columns ■ Applicable to brace connections ■ Expansion of column size reduction dimensions for upper and lower floor columns up to 150mm ■ Usable with a variety of column materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Omnia (Half PCa Slab) Method

Achieving reduction in on-site work and shortening of processes! A construction method that does not affect the structure.

The Omnia (Half PCa Slab) method uses the Omnia panel, which is a "reinforced concrete slab that serves as both formwork and incorporates embedded Omnia Atlas." This Omnia method, utilizing the Omnia panel, achieves a reduction in on-site work and shortens the construction schedule. Additionally, since the design method is almost the same as conventional methods, changes from traditional methods are actively being made without affecting the structure. 【Advantages】 ■ It enables a reduction in the construction schedule. ■ Manufactured with steel formwork, resulting in a smooth and beautiful ceiling surface. ■ No need for floor formwork on-site, contributing to the protection of forest resources. ■ The bottom reinforcement is integrated, reducing the reinforcement work. ■ The Omnia Atlas reinforcement serves as a spacer for the top reinforcement, among other benefits. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
